Output product quality
Multi-stage purification of raw materials allows to reduce the content of fiber and anti-nutrients in the meal and obtain a good protein content.
• The combination of flattening, extrusion and wet-heat treatment in a roaster (toaster) of raw materials allows to obtain meal with a low content of anti-nutrients, especially for soybeans and rapeseed.
• Thermal treatment of raw materials is the most complex technological process, in which it is necessary to destroy anti-nutrients, but at the same time preserve the quality of the protein - its amino acid composition and digestibility. Our technology allows to do this at the highest level.
• The technology of double pressing does not involve the use of petroleum solvents, unlike oil extraction plants - the oil and meal of which contain hexane. Therefore, high-quality pressed oil and meal have a premium price on the European Union market.
